tried to use gravatar. it ask for user and password but neither worked

I have been trying to use gravatar to upload a photo to a user. when i tried to log into gravatar it says I an account and that i should log in. i’ve tried to use my wordpress.com info and it doesn’t function. I then ask to change my password. I’m told that a login link will be emailed to me. I’ve checked for such an email. i am not receiving emails at my email address nor do i find a login link in the junk folder. i’ve checked my junk mail folder also. i don’t know what else to do?
