Sidebar not updating on the Index

Hello,
My sidebar is not updating on the index page but it’s updating on other pages (Posts…).
Ex : when i post a new post, this post doesn’t get updated directly on the index Page so i see the old posts but when i go to a post I can see the new post on the sidebar
