Trouble with Frontend reset password ^mugin

  • Hello
    I have used this plugin for nearlmy four years
    I discover a trouble now
    When I click on the button “To get a new password”, I do not receive the message for a mail, but I have this message: “ERROR: something went wrong with that”. Can you help me to solve this problem ? I was helped previously by Richard Webster of Squareonemedia, and there is an account in my site for him and I can give this account again rights of administrator.
    I am currently in WordPress 5.8.4 and the theme has been divi for 2 years
