    I have several websites, including a blog where I have written over 2000 posts since 2005. In the beginning, I not only included my photos there. But over the years, I’ve also gotten some emails from lawyers.

    I tried to track down and replace such images when cleaning up old posts. However, with over 2000 posts, it’s easy to overlook something and then receive the following email from a lawyer. I could have saved myself this trouble and the associated costs if I had used the ISC plugin from the start. Because with the plugin, I could have immediately identified and replaced such images.

    If I were to start a larger editorial project now, I would always install the Image Source Control plugin.

    Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean a lot to us.
    True, it’s also our recommendation to start integrating image attribution into one’s editorial workflows as early as possible. After the first couple of posts, filling in credits while placing pictures becomes a natural habit.
