Payments failing due to SCA issues?

We’ve recently added security headers to the site

Was the site working before this headers update?

Have the failed payments something in common? Similar location, card brand, etc?

To check better, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

As far as I’m aware the issues weren’t present before we added the security headers. It seems to be the Content Security Policy that’s causing it (we’ve removed this for now).

Based on the info in the backend of WooCommerce I can’t see any correlation in the failed payments, but I’m not able to see what type of card they’ve used etc (this is a client site and I don’t have access to their Stripe dashboard unfortunately).
