• Hey guys, the issue is something I never experienced before so I’m also including a video link.

    Video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1b71rGcrmB4znhitn37zZQhBWG-Swq479/view?usp=sharing

Basically, scrolling on specific mobile phones causes the page to refresh and the ‘cannot find this page’ error. It is occurring on iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, and iPhone 8 (all browsers). But it does not occur on every iPhone 12/12 mini/8. For example, for me and many other people, it works perfectly fine (for our developer too).

The developer told me that it might be due to some software installed on mobile devices facing this issue.

I just don’t know what to do or who to get in touch with. The page is built with Elementor.

    Thank you in advance.
