Title for Pages

    I’ve created a survey with 4 pages. Can I create a Title per Page?
    The questions in the pages are grouped into categories.
    I would like to display the categories as page titles and perhaps add some information about the questions.

    In which File can I find this part:
    <div class=”quiz-cat”>[CATEGORY NAME]</div>
    I would like remove the brackets [ ].
