    Hi there.
I’ve set my blog to allow users to subscribe to blog posts using Jetpack.
What I’d like to ask is if there is a way to customise the emails that get sent out?
Nothing really fancy – just a header and maybe footer, logo/image ?
Any ideas or tips very welcome.
    Thanks
    Gareth

    Hi @gbouch

At present, the only changes you can make to the emails is to either choose to show just an excerpt, or the entire post.

To do more, such as what you describe, you can use a plugin such as MailPoet, which is also owned by our parent company.

Hi there – I bought MailPoet as you seemed to suggest it could customise the emails but it appears you meant it was an alternative to Jetpack and not to be used with it.

Just a random hopeful question: Do you know of any plugin which does allow you to customise Jetpack’s emails?

It would seem a really nice feature/extension for Jetpack…?

    Thanks

    Hi @gbouch,

We aren’t aware of any third-party plugins or software that can customise the emails sent through Jetpack – this is why Bruce suggested a different product to manage this sort of mailing list.

    Hope that answers your question!
