Can’t create blocks in version 2.0

Hi, I installed this plugin today, but I can’t get managed to use the 2.0 version (as described in the Pizza-YouTube tutorial). After creating a new block with a new name, I have to add options. When i click on options the plug-in goes back to the previous page with the message “you have no blocks created, build your first block”. What’s going wrong? Using the most recent WordPress and woocommerce versions. Your plugin 2.9.
