    Hello,

    Recently, the “New Order” emails from WooCommerce are not delivered to me. I am using the SMTP.com integration through WP Mail SMTP.

    Worked fine for a few months up until now. Here is the error message:

    It’s not even going to spam, it doesn’t get delivered.

    I’m pretty sure this is because the “New Order” emails are sent with the “Reply-To” header as the customer’s email address. I foud this thread and have tried the code, but it does not change the “Reply-To” unfortunately.

    Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi @timfosse,

    Thanks for reaching out! When you’re using SMTP.com mailer, you should be able to set a “reply to email” with your customer’s email.

    However, you need to send emails from your SMTP.com authenticated domain. Could you please get in touch with SMTP.com support and they should be able to identify this issue by inspecting your email logs.
