Translate after registration message with WPML?

    i use free version of UM on my site.
    i have turned on manual verficiation by admin.
    after user registration, how can i translate the “thank you for registration” message? if i switch language, the textbox in admin menu dont change language.
    what can i do to translate it with WPML?
