In the meantime, please get in touch with your third-party plugin author. Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.

When using Polylang plugin, you can use Loco Translate plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/ to translate all strings on your website for all plugins and the theme, like this one: https://postimg.cc/5YJmSb40.
