Trouble with list of static pages, or category pages?

In 1.5 Strayhorn a lot of people have discovered that their list of pages in the sidebar does not work correctly, and/or that their category pages behave strangely, dropping excerpts, displaying the wrong posts, etc. If you are experiencing troubles like these, be sure to file a bug report and then please see WordPress 1.5 Ellington for an interim solution.
