    Email service stopped in my multi-vendor website. I am using the Dokan pro plugin this plugin is also supported the Germanized for WooCommerce plugin & it’s all features. When I activate Germanized for WooCommerce plugin my emails sending features stopped. And when I deactivate this plugin my email sending works correctly. When a new user create an new account the confirm email is not receiving their email account.I have configured all settings of both plugins but after that I am facing the same problem.

    Hi there,

    does that account for different emails or only certain emails (e.g. order confirmation)? Did you try to manually send emails via order actions? Did you check your log files under WooCommerce > Status > Logfiles?

    I haven’t checked that but when a vendor is registering, Dokan does not send a confirmation email and it directly let the user inside his dashboard. When I disable this plugin it works without any issue. Could you please guide what could be the problem or I can debug the same?

    Hi there,

    What do you expect to happen instead? Are you talking about the Double-Opt-In-Feature in Germanized? Seems like Dokan has a custom user-registration feature which is not compatible.
