• hi, I have two questions:
    1) Is the plugin compatible with WooSubscription?
I read that a year ago it was not compatible.

    2) When I activate the plugin and add the shortcode it creates an error. For a single file to download create 2 buttons instead of 1.

    Thanks ??

@lastudioagency I don’t think there is any issue with WooSubscription compatibility, there shouldn’t be any issue.

What is the error that gets triggered when you activate plugin?

Hi @mattpramschufer `thanks for your reply.
The error occurs by adding the shortcode [woocommerce-my-downloads-button id=PRODUCT_ID]
The product has 1 download file but when I add the shortcode you see 2 equal links.
Also, even though I have enabled counter visibility, I do not see the remaining downloads counter.
    thanks`

Are you actually filling in the product ID with your product ID?

Sure, I entered the correct id.
As I wrote the downloads show up correctly but it duplicates them and the counter is missing.

Have you tried to deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and the my downloads plugin and see if that works. You could have a plugin that is conflicting. Do you see anything in your error_log? I would try to debug by disabling all plugins and use the Twenty Twenty Two theme and see if the issue persists, if it does then we will have to do more debugging. If the issue is corrected then one by one enable each plugin till you find the culprit.
