variables into title.

I want the articles on my site to be displayed like this when you share them on social media: Article title – Separator – Title Category.

I prefer to display the category names, not the site name. I tried to modify, it is saved, but it is not displayed that way.

Is there a plugin problem, or am I doing something wrong?
