Hi! We are building a custom product page where the customer can configure a bundle of products.

We would like to display the out-of-stock-subscribe-box when the customer has chosen a product that’s out of stock. We have the product ID available and we were very happy when we saw that you have shortcodes such as [cwginstock_subscribe_form product_id=’304′ variation_id=’314′]

We pasted this shortcode into our site (with the right id’s) but nothing is displaying. Have we misunderstood how the shortcode works or what do we need to do in order to make this work?

    Keep up the good job!

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

Yes, you did the right thing. However, we suggest you troubleshoot this issue by the following:

    1. Please do a cross check by deactivating all other plugins (temporarily) except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce”, along with switching back to another default theme or storefront (temporarily) to see if the problem persists. Sometimes this issue may arise due to conflict between different plugins.

    2. Ensure that the given product ID to the shortcode is out of stock and its “Low stock threshold” is set to 0.(Admin Dashboard->Products->Your Product->Inventory->Low Stock Threshold)

If the above steps are ineffective, could you please share your product URL with us in order to see the problem in action?`

    Let us know.

    Thanks.
