Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check

    I am receiving the following error message:
    Errors:
    2022-05-01 14:20:52: Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. Error: SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.

    I did the synchronize with the cloud but this error is still showing.

    Hello @candygifts.

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress
