    Hello,

    Tested with Firefox web browser. 2 Quick feedbacks:

    1. Settings: Hide bell after subscribing = enabled
    – Once subscribed, bell is hidden, thus user cannot unsubscribe -> User must wait until next notification to unsubscribe -> “disable notifications” from popup notification.
    – Once user disable notifications -> user cannot subscribe again as “Hide bell after subscribing” seems enabled by default after the first subscription.

    2. Settings -> Opt-in text = I want to receive notifications
    – it would be better to check the box to unsubscribe/subscribe. Currently, i don’t see any reason to display this checkbox as it has no effect. Besides, users already opt-in after clicking the continue/allow button.

    Thank you

    Hiding the bell could make the users to disable notifications at the Browser level, which is something that will actually disable the SDK to subscribe again. This is the drawback of removing the Bell, and there’s nothing we can do once the user disables the permission from the Browser.

    Yes, it does have an effect: it removes the user from your server so it doesn’t receive any notification. The permission is kept, but no notification will be sent.

    Please note: It’s different when a user is removed from the Plugin (Uncheck the opt-in option) vs The user removes the Notification Permission at the browser level. For the later it’s impossible to take any action unless the user itself grants access again.

    Not Showing Notifications in the Firefox browser on my phone.
