Scorm reporting error and unable to delete/remove

    Hi,

    I’ve been trying to get the reporting to work. Have tried both scorm 1.2 and 2004 from both Rise and Storyline. I know the course reports fine on an LMS so the course is setup ok. I had a look at the browser console and see an 405 error for any communication to the server.

    Error log below:

    SCORM.API.find: API found. Version: 1.2 (scorm_wrapper.js?ver=1.8.4:815 API:)[object Object] /wp-json/cluevo/v1/modules/5/parameters:1
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 405 () (cluevo.js?ver=1.8.4:17)
    CLUEVO scorm api already initialized (VM278 main.bundle.js:591)
    Initialize @ cluevo.js?ver=1.8.4:17
    Service need to be configured when tracing is enabled

    END error log

    Any PUT command after that has the 405 error.

    I also get the 405 error when I want to delete a module in the module tree or when trying to remove a user group from a user.

    Are you using any kind of security measures on your server? This could be an application firewall, a plugin, or anything else. It’s possible that your server does not allow certain request methods. We use PUT and DELETE methods for certain things and if your server setup somehow blocks these methods some features won’t work.

    Thanks. I’ve talked to my service provider and they have allowed PUT and DELETE requests, now everything is working perfectly.
