Can’t use the Quick Edit option in Post or Pages

Hello and good day.

While using PHP 8.1.5 or 8.0.4 I can’t use the Quick Edit option in Post or Pages, can’t use the Screen Options or Help tabs. Looks like none of the JavaScript event are working.

There is also an issue when hovering over the menu options. The hover menus do not come up.

I troubleshoot the issue by disabling all the plugins and using a default Theme but the issue remains.

After contact WPMU DEV support they found this error on the logs (Share the error)

The only fix is to switch back to PHP 7.4.29
