Serious Issue with Images

    I have a serious issue with the shop catalogue images.

    For long time I uploaded images 800x800px. WordPress was generate also 100×100, 400×400, 570×570 and 768×768 for these images and used 570x570px for the shop catalogue pages.

    In February I changed this setting to 400x400px for the shop catalogue images.

    All worked fine.

    Yesterday, I removed all 570x570px from them server as I don’t use them anymore.

    After this I saw in the catalogue pages that ALL the products BEFORE February, don’t have any image. They have only the image in the product page. But from the catalogue pages they are missing.

    All the newer products after february, they work fine and they have the image like they should.

    I tried to regenerate the images with the bulid in tool from wc and with some plugins but nothing changed.

    The thing is that all the images have got 400x400px in the server (I checked it), but ocean doesn’t use them and I can’t understand why.

    I change the theme to twenty sixteen and the new theme use for all the products 400x400px for the catalogues. When I go back to ocean, I have the same issue. The theme doesn’t show the 400x400px. The products are empty.

    Unfortunately, my site is in maintenance mode because the issue is big and the link for my site doen’t work if you want to see it.

    I can only give you private credentials if you need them.

    The main issue is that they are about 8.000 products and it’s not possible to download every image and re-upload them for fix.

    So, is there any another way to force ocean to use 400x400px that all products already have in server or the only option is to change the theme?

    Please try to use the regenerate thumbnails option of woocommerce and check.
    Go to Dashboard > Woocommerce > Status, visit the tool tab and you will get the Thumbnail regenerate options.

    PS- Please create a full backup of the website before using those options.

    I already regenerated them but I still have the same issue.

    I also want to inform you that this happens only in every browser in any desktop/laptop that uses Windows 11. All the other pcs Mac/windows 10, shows 400px as they should.

    So maybe ocean and windows 11 have some confict between them.
