Footer widget will not align to top

Can you please make sure to have the Vertical Setting for the Row Component of the Footer setup to the top? (screenshot)

I do not have that option. Under Footer Top I only have a drop-down for Layout and nothing else.

Would you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme i.e., 3.2.3 and the theme style is Neve 3.0?

The option shared by mateithemeisle to vertically align the items in the footer area should be available if you are using the new core design of the theme – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1388-neve-3-0-core-design.
