    Hello.
As I am running the theme on local, could not provide a link.

After the latest Gutenberg release, the site editor freezes and becomes non-responsive.

    No plugins installed.

When I run recovery mode, I see this error:

    srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/blockpress/functions.php
    Line: 224
    E_COMPILE_ERROR.
Error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/blocksy/inc/block-styles.php’ (include_path=’/:.’)

Do you have an idea what it could be?

    Thanks in advance.

  • It is Blockpress. It’s not Blocksy, you need to contact with Blocksy theme author

Maybe you renamed theme folder or you removed file inc/block-styles.php from theme. Try to reinstall theme

Confirmed, I tried latest 13.1 version but can’t see any problem. Please, check what you have in Web console errors and write here

    thank you @motionblocks and @wpsoul
I know it is not blocksy, I think the issue is I had chosen the changes that I did “write on database” and it clashes with previous theme (blocksy) somehow when I export the theme from local to live.

I am trying to create a child theme/and-or trying to export theme function of latest Gutenberg to keep my style changes/tweaks from the possible update of block press.

I really grow a like to blockpress, keep up the good work:)
