    Is there anyone there that actually answers messages or questions sent via your contact page? We have tried four times with a pre-sales question and get no answer what so ever. There is no response in our spam folder on the server so it appears you guys just kind of ignore in-coming messages from your contact form?

    We’re about to move on to another Event plugin option.

    Wow – really you are having issues – yes we respond to anything as quick as we see it within a UK business day at the most.

    I wil check our spam filter our side though as I haven’t done that recently.

    I checked and indeed you enquiries are sitting in the contact form spam folder, my apologies as we do not have an active process to regularly review the spam folder as it is very rare to get incorrect spam classifications.

    Your message was spamed as your IP is on a blacklist, you might want to take steps to un-blacklist your IP to save frustration elsewhere.

    As it is related to the commercial product we cannot further discuss that here so I will contact you via email

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
