Urgent Google Site Kit error connecting analytics

    Keeps saying Error: Quota Error: User Rate Limit Exceeded. when I have deleted the analytics account which was already connected and tried again but nothing working. We usually just add plugin and it all works but this time this is happening. Really wanted to know traffic from website launch night! We have never had this issue before. I have a screenshot of error if helps? How do I add that?

    Hi there @oceanremixltd,

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing details of what you’re encountering. During Analytics setup there is a limit of 10 ‘writes’ per hour, with account or property creation and view setup counting towards this limit, which isn’t a Site Kit specific limit, it’s more an Analytics API quota limit, the API used by Site Kit. When this error is encountered it’s typically just a matter of waiting for an hour for this limit to refresh before users can proceed once more with setup.

    In your case, as it’s been a few hours since opening your topic, can you confirm that you’ve since been able to proceed with setup? Alternatively if you haven’t attempted Analytics connection since opening this support topic please do so now and let me know how you get on.
