Woocommerce not registering orders

Very sorry on the wait for this particular reply – if you are still experiencing issues, lets see what we can figure out ??

From what they said:

We also saw that according to the URLs registered in the event details in the Event Manager, each of the URLs actually corresponds to a thank you page that appears to be specific to each completed order, taking into account the different numbers at the end of each a. This seems to indicate that each “thank you” page is generated specifically for each completed order and it was the redirection of your customers to each of these pages that caused the event to fire.

In this case, what it sounds like is happening is someone is going to Facebook, clicking to purchase something, it takes you to your site as seen in this screenshot. As it is coming from Facebook, it is ‘registered’ as purchased as such.

It is possible since the theme has some template overrides in the form of the Thank You/Checkout pages, that there is a redirect issue happening:

The easiest way to test this is to switch to a theme that does not have these overrides, and then go do a test purchase through Facebook – look at the event manager and see if it shows. If it is good, go back and switch the theme and do the same thing with the test purchase. If it shows incorrect, with the extra thank you page redirect then it is possible the theme template needs to be re-worked and your theme developer can assist with that.
