Hello –
Was curious if this plugin had customizable settings either through code or function.php file (hook) where we can redirect a user based on the star rating.
For instance, a submitted star rating from 1 to 3 would redirect a user star current page. And then, a rating of 4 or 5 would redirect a user to an external URL – maybe to a Google review page.

What do you mean by place?
Use WordPress’ Custom Fields metabox on the page that you have the review form to set your default redirect (only needed if you need to redirect to different page), and then use the example hook in the pastebin link to redirect all ratings higher then 3 stars to an external URL.
