Timing problem, site is blocked 3 hours past shabat end

  • Hi,
    i have activated the plugin on my site.
    in that wordpress admin section I do see the correct date and time (Time zone in Jerusalem (GMT+3)

    but even after Shabat ends at 21:00 the site is still blocked.

    Is there somthing i missing here?

    How can i make sure the plugin will block the site 10-15 min before KNISAT SHABAT and 10-15 after YETZIAT SHABBAT?

    Update Status : ????? ???? ????? ??????

    default time zone is set to UTC
    wordpress max download file size is more than 32mb

    but still 3 hours past shabat the site is blocked
