Upgrading Database Error

No matter how many times I run the script to “Upgrade” the database, this error persists on the admin dashboard. I’ve tried deactivating/re-activating, uninstalling/re-installing the plugin. Clearing the site cache, clearing my browser cache. Nothing I have done removes the error.
