    Hi,

If you need to inform your clients about your banking details/coordinates, then the best solution is probably to add that information to the customer email.

You can either modify the Customer Email Template from the Configuration page, or, even better, you can create a new Conditional Text with a rule that will be always compliant (like “Status” when “Confirmed”). At this point you will be able to add your conditional text special tag to the customer email template with the ease of a click thanks to the customizer tool available in the last tab of the Configuration page, under the “Conditional Texts”.

Alternatively, if you are willing to implement a custom gateway integration for your own bank capable of processing real transactions, then our technical documentation is still valid also for the Free version, but once you have coded your WordPress native and custom plugin that registers to the hooks of Vik Booking to start and validate transactions, you will need to add a new record manually via database as the back-end interface to set up payment collection methods is only available in the Pro version.

    We hope this helps!

I will see if can manage that, I’m not too clued up when it comes to the technical side of WordPress etc, and web design. But Thank you for your quick and detailed response. I wish I could just afford to just get your pro version, would make my life way easier:) it’s an excellent plugin and You guys have excellent customer service. Wish me luck.

    Hi,

Thanks for the kind words. You can always get in touch with our support team through our website in case you need any help, even with the free version. Moreover, our commercial team is always available for any kind of talk via email.

However, the Conditional Texts solution I suggested should be quite easy to be implemented and it does not require any knowledge about code or CSS editing. You basically create a text that gets added to the customer email only if certain conditions apply (i.e. “the reservation status is Confirmed”). This way you can easily add contents to the default email message for the guests.
