    Greetings,

    recently I noticed an issue on my webstore where I can’t manually assign order number – which is crucial in my case.

    I am using a free version of the plugin but everything was fine until something happened and almost 2 weeks I can’t custom assign order number on the invoice.

    When I go for invoice downloading – an alert box appears and asks me if I want to custom assign order number (which is fine and is expected). When I click OK a new window appears but it’s blank and won’t give me the fields to enter a custom number. And after that the order number is generated automatically and sequentially from the last invoice number (which shouldn’t be like this).

    What could cause this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We are sorry to say that we are not clear about your requirement. Our plugin doesn’t offer any options to manually enter the order number or invoice number as you mentioned. Please make sure the option you mentioned is from our plugin. Check it in that way and let us know how it goes.
