T of C links take me back to ToC

  • Hi,
    My ToC were working when I last checked sometime last year. But now they don’t seem to work and I don’t remember what I changed.

    When I click on them, they keep taking me back to the T of C. I’m on Version 2.0.22 and running Ildy Companion theme Version 2.1.3.

    Also I have Elementor Pro Version 3.3.1 and Elementor Version 3.6.5 in case that helps since I think I remember someone having a conflict with that plugin. I’m not able to upgrade one of them because of conflict with another plugin.

    Can you please check it once by deactivating the active plugins one by one on your site for testing purposes of the issue and let me know back the result?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your quick reply.
    I deactivated each plugin one by one and refreshed the page each time to see if Table of Contents worked and it didn’t.

    To elaborate, I didn’t keep each plugin i deactivated like that before I deactivated the next one. Was I supposed keep it deactivated while I went down the list deactivating the others?

    Just deactivate one by one and check once if it is working or not and let us know back the response.
