Parent Menu is not clickable

Hello,

I’m making a site for a client, its already online, but its a WIP.

On the site header, if we click where it says MENU, the menu itens that have sub-menus, are opening by click and that disables the parent menu link, that i want to be clickable as well.

I’ve researched and the solution i think is related to this file, that exists on my theme: class-wp-bootstrap-navwalker.php

On the other hand, i’ve found that the easiest solution is to make the sub menus open only on HOVER, instead of opening by click. That will make the parent menu also clickable.

Can you guys help me to achieve this?
