Can’t update code snippet Error 403

Hi there, I’m unable to update snippets, it throws 403 error when I click “Save changes”. using WP version 5.9.3 and code snippet 2.14.5. I cloned the site to another hosting, and was able to update the snippet. Can you advise how we can resolve the 403 issue? Thanks.
