    Hi all,

I’m trying to customize my registration page, in that process I tried a few plugins (“register plus” and “pie register”) but none of them seems to work, so I deactivated them and uninstalled them.

Now, everytime I try to access my blog I got redirected to the login page, I checked in the admin pannel and in the site options (where you can choose the following options: Public, Archived, Spam, Deleted, Mature, with yes/no answers) “Public” was set on “no”, so I changed it to yes, saved the changes, but it’s still redirecting to the login page… did I miss something? is there another parameter in the site options I need to change?

    I’m using wordpress 3.0

    Thanks!
    Phil

  • Have you tried to update/refresh your permalinks yet? Perhaps one of those plugins made some changes that didn’t get changed back when they were uninstalled.

I just tried, doesn’t look like it did any difference.
    Thanks for trying to help!

Well, I even tried to re-install worpdress using the “re-install automatically” functionality, but it didn’t change anything, the login screen still appears no matter what I do..

Is there a way to reset the database of this particular blog without crashing the other blogs hosted on the same install?

Edit: Interesting, the login page automatically wants to redirect me to the admin panel, when I go on my blog’s url here’s where he redirects me to: wp-login.php?redirect_to=https://insights.rbcdexia.com/wp-admin/&reauth=1
And when I’m logged as admin and try to access my blog, I got redirected to the admin panel..

Nevermind, I updated the “Dashboard Site” field in the Super Admin > Option panel and it all went back to normal… no idea why, but at least it works
