• Since the last update 5.3.14 (11.05.2022), new posts are no longer sent to the email list. Disabling / enabling the plugin and all other plugins does not help. I have the same Problem on my other blog https://energieagentur-obb.de/
    What can I do?

    We have checked this issue but it looks like it is working fine at our end.

    If you can provide answers to the following queries that will help us to understand the issue further,
    1) Is there any active post notification campaign? Also while publishing the post, did categories were selected as configured in the active campaign?
    2) Is the post is newly created or cloned from the existing post? For a new post, it should work without any issue but for a cloned post, you might need to perform some additional steps to send emails. Let us know if this is the case. We will then share the required steps.

    On both blogs (energieagentur-obb.de, nachhaltigkeit-management.de) the plugin has been running for years without any problems. I have also not changed anything in the configuration. The temporal connection with the plugin update is a clear sign for me that something has changed.

    to your questions:
    (1) There is a active post notification campaign ‘New post published’ since 2020-04-26. Select post category = “all categories”
    (2) The post on energieagentur-obb was a new post. The post on nachhaltigkeit-management was a cloned post

    On website energieagentur-obb where issue is with new post, can you please check if new post reports are generated from Email Subscribers –> Reports page? If reports aren’t getting generated then we will need to debug the issue further to find the cause.

    On website nachhaltigkeit-managemen where post was cloned, you may need to perform some additional steps to fix the issue if emails were sent for the original post. You can refer to this screen recording on how to do it in Gutenberg. Also this screen recording might be helpful in deleting the flag in case if you are using classic editor.

    I am having the same issues (plugin no longer sends) on my blog, lowendbox.com.

    The plugin stopped sending all emails around May 25th. One or two posts after the 25th, but before the 30th of May partially or fully sent.

    Since then numerous posts have sent 0 emails according to the reports.

    The email test function works and delivers a test email without problems.

    The WP cron to send emails seems to be running properly every hour on schedule.

    I think something broke inside the plugin.

    Running Plugin 5.3.13 and 5.3.16 same failures occur

    Running WP 5.9.3
