Tuition Budget Tracking for Uncanny Groups

UO or this forum audience: Great success in setting up a group, assigning courses to that group, then making the courses available to that group’s students thru the furnished group enrollment form – thanks for making this work so well! Now all we need for our final deliverable is a way to track the group owner’s tuition budget. If the group owner purchased $5,000 worth of training, we need to relieve that budget by the amount of tuition for each course that the student starts (or completes). We need the group owner to have a page where they know how much $ training they have furnished and how much training they can still furnish in the future for the original budget purchase. Of course, we need a heads-up (perhaps at 20% budget left) when it’s time to purchase more training for the group. Students may NOT take all the courses available to them, but can pick and choose… the group owners are large organizations and will not be active in managing access… but will want to know for their own reporting purposes how much of their initial training budget has been exhausted and how much is left to be consumed.
