Payments not going to Stripe despite front-end success

  • Hi,

    We’ve setup this plugin to accept payments for a client and whilst the front end website appears to take the payment successsfully – nothing comes into Stripe and nothing (as far as I can tell) leaves the bank account.

    Ive double checked all the API keys and they are correct, its in LIVE mode. There seems to be some issue and its a priority that we get this resolved.

    Can anyone assist?
