WooCommerce Order Emails Not Going Out To Multiple Address

Firstly, I’m assuming that you have already double-checked your email settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Email) and ensured that everything is correct, right?

Then, I’d recommend installing a plugin like WP Mail SMTP, which will log all emails sent, so that way you’ll be able to check if the email is being created and sent.

If it’s dropping any errors, feel free to drop them here, so we can double-check the errors with you!

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Sorry for the delayed reply with this but for some reason I didn’t get the email notification.

Do you have a different plugin that we can install to get the actual email log/email errors? As WP Mail SMTP requires the PRO version to be able to get these errors/email log. Here is my WooCommerce system status below:

Do you have a different plugin that we can install to get the actual email log/email errors?

I recommend the following plugin for a user-friendly e-mail logging:

I have tested multiple recipients’ e-mails using the latest WooCommerce version, and it is working without any issues.

The problem you’re facing is most likely caused by a conflict with your theme, with a custom code or with another plugin.

As a first troubleshooting step, I recommend that you try disabling the plugins “Kadence WooCommerce Personal Email Designer” and “Woo Custom Emails Per Product”.

If the issue persists after that, you’ll want to perform a full conflict test, by following these steps:

* Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
* Remove any custom code and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
* Test your WooCommerce e-mails again.

If you don’t see the problem after these steps, next reactivate the theme and plugins one by one, testing after each reactivation, until you find the one that was causing the conflict. Note: If you can’t do the conflict test on your live site, I recommend creating a staging site. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.`

Sorry for the delayed response as I’ve been trying to make some time to finally get to this issue.

So. I disabled the “Kadence WooCommerce Personal Email Designer” and “Woo Custom Emails Per Product” plugins, tried a test purchase and the error still persists. I also know that this isn’t theme related as the issue happens on another client’s website that has a different theme (Avada). The error I get on the WP Mail Logging plugin is “You must provide at least one recipient email address.” So apparently, when multiple emails are added to the field in WooCommerce, that it’s seeing as that email field as empty.

Please advise.
