No user id in the export file

    Hello,
    I’m using your plugin to export data from the users of a website and I need the user ID in the export but I have all the fields attached to the users except this wordpress field.
    When I use your test website I have the ID in “the source_user_id” field in the export file. I’ve got that field in my export file but it’s totally blank for all users.
    Can you please help?

    I have just tested and it works.

    This gets their info from the ID of the user object.

    Have you tried other sites?
