Displaying pages/posts by post-meta filter?

    I added post-meta keys/values to pages/posts, i.e.

    State=”FL”
    Industry=”Retail-Hardware”
    Revenue=”10,0000-50,0000″

    I like to have a page or widget with drop-down menus or any other selection option. Visitors can select from each menu a value.
    The filter should then display all page/post-titles with active links, like category pages.

    A plugin would be great, but I couldn’t find one.
