Doesn’t work at All

I have tried this on two different WordPress sites running WordPress 5.9.2 and woocommerce 6.5.1. I am using the Elementor Pro child theme. At checkout, the option is given to send to multiple addresses, however, you cannot add any addresses at checkout or through the profile section.
