Error when someone tries to donate

    when anyone tries to donate it is giving the error below no mater what

    Error: The donation could not be charged. Please try again. Reason: The ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd:expirationDate’ element is invalid – The value XX is invalid according to its datatype ‘String’ – The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

    any help would be great it was working fine and no changes have been made to the site

    Hi there! That error is from Authorize.Net, and that’s a premium add-on that (by forum rules) we are not allowed to support here.

    we are working on contacting Authorize.net now and will move the support ticket over there if that’s not the issue
