    Hello and good day.

I recently started getting emails from my [email protected] indicating “Too many invalid addresses”.

After inspection, these are emails from eBay and Walmart that are from orders I have received.

The ebay and walmart system does not allow sales solicitations so these emails are strictly for order processing, refunds and updating customers on orders.

What is the best way to deal with these?

    Hello @rayeason ,

I’ve looked through your account and the notification your received refers to the past 90 days and we take into account all transactional emails sent from your website if you’re also sending them with us. It seems you’ve been sending some emails linking to blacklisted domains.

These blacklisted URLs can be coming from spammy comments or from any other contact form you have on your website.

You can check if you have too many comments on your website marked as Spam. Sometimes spammy comments add blacklisted domains as their names.

I’d recommend that you protect your subscription forms by adding a captcha (also if you’re using any third-party form plugin integrated with MailPoet).

    Have a great day.

I have no spam comments on the site. I just checked.

I have 21 subscribers in mailpoet. Most of them from @members.ebay.com and @relay.walmart.com and they are unconfirmed so nothing should be sent to them.

So I have no idea where else this might be coming from.

Any other insight, details or recommendations?
