I use Disable Gutenberg 2.7 on WordPress 5.9.3

I just discovered a bizarre problem: With Classic Widgets enabled through the plugin, my Widgets are no longer visible in the Appearance > Widgets section of the dashboard. The Widgets themselves are not gone — they’re still visible on the front end, and they’re still in the options table — but I can’t see or edit them from the dashboard unless I turn off the Classic Widgets option. If I do that, the Widgets reappear, but that’s not a workable solution because the stupid Gutenberg block editor’s live preview function overlays my cookie banner on top of each Widget and can’t be disabled.

This is a new problem (it occurred sometime in the past week), and I’m baffled. Any idea what is making this happen, and more critically, how I can fix it?

    Thanks!

A little while after I posted this, I got “Your site is experiencing a technical issue” messages on each of my sites, indicating that the issue is a conflict caused by an error in another of my plugins (Visual Form Builder), which was updated the other day. So, it probably doesn’t have anything directly to do with Disable Gutenberg. Sorry about that!
