• After updating to WordPress 6.0, Woocommerce 6.5.1 and OceanWP 3.3.0, suddenly regular price striked stopped showing near sale price in product archives. The result is that only the sale price is showing in archives without the striked regular price next to it.

Maybe a conflict with new product_attributes_lookup table introduced with Woocommerce 6?

    – edit: Downgrading to WordPress 5.9.3 fixes the problem, so the conflict seems to appear only on WordPress 6.0 version

  • Hello @gtheodosiadis,

I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and was unable to replicate it on my end, and no similar issues have been reported by other users to this moment.

Unfortunately, the information provided in this thread in regards to the problems you are facing are insufficient for troubleshooting purposes and a possibility to understand the reason why this is happening on your end.

Kindly share the following info that could help us understand the issue you described better and hopefully help you resolve it:

    1. Detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing; when did you first notice the problem occurring (after a particular update, using a specific device, etc), as well as the steps of you take that trigger the issue in case the problem is not constantly present on your website, especially on the frontend. You can attach screenshots or a short video of the issue.

    2. Explain to us step by step how we can reproduce the issue so we can recreate it somewhere other than your website.
You can upload your files using one of the following online services:
    https://postimages.org
    https://imgbb.com
    https://loom.com
    https://drive.google.com

    3. Kindly provide us with your system environment information. If you’re running Elementor, navigate to Elementor > System Info in your WP dashboard.

You can send the information as code here or upload them to https://pastebin.com/ and get an exclusive link.

Before sending these, please make sure that:
Everything on your website is running the latest versions (WP, theme, plugins).
If possible, perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find what product is causing a conflict with our product. Then provide the details as explained above.

Note: if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes.

    Please keep us posted.

Well, there is no problem with the theme, when using exactly the below versions:

    – WordPress 5.9.3
    – Woocommerce 6.5.1
    – OceanWP 3.3.0

After installing WordPress 6.0, WooCommerce archive pages start to disfunction, as described below and as you can see in the image attached below:

    https://postimg.cc/D8bYwQCH

When a product is on sale, the regular price shows only in some simple products or variable products. Also, the oceanwp sale badge, shows only in some simple products or variable products.

All products in the image above are on sale.

After downgrading to WordPress 5.9.3, everything returns to normal, as you can see with the same products in the image below:

    https://postimg.cc/NL83cv0S

During the tests, all transients were cleared and no caching plugins were enabled.

Below you can find the system report:

    Hello @gtheodosiadis,

I tried to replicate the issue you have raised on this topic and could not see it on my end with WP v6 (and WP 5.9.3) and the latest versions of WooCommerce and OceanWP theme. If you decide to update again, you can notify us here on the thread and share the URL so we can take a look.

    Best Regards

I am facing this issue as well.

Some products show regular price and others don’t…

    Any findings?

    Thanks
