I am a subscriber to KALE PRO and despite 3 requests over the last month Lyra themes have still not got back to me.

    HI
I have tried to change the font on my site to a sans serif font.
On the customise page for the front page the type is a sans serif font see photo. https://snipboard.io/E6K1lg.jpg

This has been published many times but my front page still shows a serif font.

It has not updated to the correct font. How do I correct it?

I would really appreciate if anyone has experience of this and could give me some help.

  • Hi Heather,

Thanks so much for getting in touch, and I’m extremely sorry to hear this- I can imagine that would be incredibly frustrating. The last correspondence we have on file from you was from February, and we’ve responded to all support requests that we’ve received, but it sounds like we haven’t received the three requests you’re referring to. Could I ask how you sent these requests?

The forum rules don’t allow us to provide support for the Pro version of our theme here, but in this particular case it appears to be just a bit of inline CSS that’s overriding the font, so hopefully we can get this resolved quickly.

I’ve followed up just now with a fresh support ticket sent to your email on file, please let me know if you haven’t received it.

Thanks again, and I apologize for the hassle!

Thank you so much for your help Steven. I think there may have been gremlins in the contact form I filled in on the site. Really appreciate all your help

Thanks Heather- really appreciate the heads up (as well as your patience), and we’ll do some digging on that contact form.

    Have a great weekend!
