    Hello,

I tried to restore a backup of our live site to the test site. The restoring process was finished as per the plugin [2022-05-25 16:21:06][notice]Finished restoring cbite.com_wpvivid-628e86bd785ca_2022-05-25-15-42_backup_core.part001.zip

However, I did not received the message on top that it’s successful so I open a different browser to check if it’s working but it is not. I am getting the 404 error and there’s no way for me to access the backend of my site. I read something from your forum that it could be a firewall issue so I went into my cPanel and deactivated the plugins that I think has firewall in it but that didn’t solve the problem.

Would you please help me resolve this issue? There’s no way for me to access the backend of my site.

    Thank you!

    Lynn

    Hello @lhynn2172

‘Finished restoring cbite.com_wpvivid-628e86bd785ca_2022-05-25-15-42_backup_core.part001.zip’ means the plugin finished restoring the core.part001.zip, not all zips.

Please wait patiently for the restore process complete and a successful message to pop up.

If you finally get a restore timeout error, you can follow this doc to fix it.

I created a new subdomain. However, when I tried to do a restore, nothing happened. I waited for hours but still nothing. The restore box is empty.
