• Hello!

We have a bit of an issue on the page mentioned in the link attached. The shortcode for the calorie calculator is put inside an Elementor popup. Look for the section Calculator Calorii and click Calculeaza calorii in order to test this.

The problem is that when the form is sent, the page refreshes, but shows just a 0. Here is what it shows: https://prnt.sc/dWiz9YH3WofH Also, notice the console error for Ajax.

What could cause this and how might we fix it?

    Thank you very much,
    Bogdan

@bogdanmihai hi. Sorry for delay. Please make sure you load our calculator only single time on the page, for example on your page https://uat.biotopia.ro/ you have it loaded twice – https://belovdigital.d.pr/5PJ1jI

    Hello again!

Sorry for the late reply. I have removed the second calculator, but the error still persists. In the meanwhile we have used a link to a separate page for the desktop version, but the mobile version is still inside a popup. There the first dropdown doesn’t appear, when selecting the sex and when submitting it returns that 0.

Thank you and all the best,
    Bogdan

    Hi there,

Did you by any chance manage to take a look at this?

    All the best,

Bogdan, I am sorry but looks like modal breaks things and we can’t make it compatible. Try different popup plugin, please.

    Thank you
